*Spots are open for two new cohorts that will be launching in the third week of January, one will be co-ed, and one will be for fathers.
Unfortunately, there's no magic bullet for growth and change; what we know is that they seldom arrive overnight, and they rarely flourish in isolation. Growth and change require equal parts persistence and inspiration, and more importantly, they require a community to walk with, lean on, learn from, and share with.
The Art of Change is year-long online program that supports healing, growth, and the cultivation of embodied leadership. It offers participants access to a small and intimate group practice space, with four or five members, who meet monthly for learning, inquiry, and support. Your starting point for the program is to envision where you want to be one year, five years, and ten years from now with your work, creativity, health, relationships, and any other pillar you wish to explore. From there, with peer support, you'll begin implementing and experimenting with practices, routines, and tools that can help you fulfill that vision.
Ultimately this program explores how we can artistically weave together the grounding energies of discipline, accountability, and commitment with the uplifting forces of creativity, self-compassion, and play to create a tapestry of inspired action that can support true generative transformation in ourselves and in the larger circles to which we are connected.

Structure
Each cohort will have 4 or 5 participants.
Each cohort will have one monthly hour and a half-long call (for groups with five participants calls will run one hour and fifty minutes).
The group call will explore theories and tools connected to change and include experiential practices and reflective dialogues.
In between each monthly group call, participants will have one half-hour check-in call with a peer in their cohort that they schedule. Additionally, participants will be expected to write at least one journal entry a month in the group online WhatsApp space as a way of keeping track of and sharing progress, setbacks, and other relevant information.
The arc of the program is structured on a curriculum composed of monthly themes, and weekly inquiries or reflections to explore as you wish.
Lastly, each participant will receive a hour-long somatic-based coaching session each month with the facilitator (Weston Pew).
